These Terms govern access to and use of StockMetaFlow, including account access, AI-assisted features, billing, content handling, and acceptable use rules.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using StockMetaFlow, creating an account, or continuing with Google sign-in, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the accompanying Privacy Notice.
If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. The Service
StockMetaFlow is an AI-assisted workspace for metadata generation, prompt-based content processing, exports, and related workflow tools for listing and stock-oriented pipelines.
The service may evolve during pre-launch and after release. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed.
3. Accounts and Access
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- StockMetaFlow may require email verification for access to billing-related features.
- Google sign-in, where offered, relies on Google as a third-party identity provider.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to abuse infrastructure, violate law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, bypass safeguards, scrape protected data, or engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive conduct.
5. User Content and AI Outputs
You retain rights to content you lawfully upload. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and your use of generated outputs comply with platform rules, laws, and third-party rights.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for publication without review. StockMetaFlow does not guarantee marketplace acceptance, uniqueness, ranking, moderation outcomes, or commercial fitness.
6. Billing, Credits, and Payments
Some StockMetaFlow features may be paid. Pricing, credits, and plan terms are shown in the product interface or pricing materials.
Paid checkout sessions are processed by Stripe. The Free plan does not require a payment card.
Specific rules for refunds, subscription cancellations, operator identity, and liability caps will be finalized with real launch data before public release.

7. Availability and Changes
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis to the extent allowed by law. StockMetaFlow may perform maintenance, apply limits, or change functionality.
8. Suspension and Termination
StockMetaFlow may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create a security or abuse risk, or where required by law or infrastructure providers.
9. Contact and Finalization
Before public launch, this page will be updated with the real operator name, contact details, governing law, dispute forum, refund rules, and finalized liability language.
